OFF/ON
Well, the last week hasn't completely been reflected as I got sidetracked with Matt out of town to log each day's food and activities. I have been walking every day no matter what usually a minimum of 3 miles. I can really see how my body is changing which is a huge incentative in itself. However, no matter how motivated I am mentally it doesn't always trump how I feel at the end of a long stressful work day, especially when Matt isn't able to be home to help out. Frustrating......

Your diet choices for Thursday were much healthier! That's fantastic! Really working hard toward the weight loss goal too. I hope you feel better soon :)

Winding down...
Tonight, I didn't get to work out as there was so much to do before we leave tomorrow afternoon for Great Wolf. Hopefully, I will burn many calories going up and down the many stairs, swimming and playing with the kids to make up for it :). There is also a huge gym that I hope to utilize if time allows.

So...
Today was very stressful at work....as you can't teach common sense to people. Very frustrating. The good thing this morning is that I did a lot of moving furniture and such in the 2's room, so I got somewhat of a workout in as it took 2 hrs! However, I have no idea how to log it...plus walked 3 miles. I plan on doing more of my strength training over the weekend...as it seems harder to get it in on weeks that turn out to be crazy! As far as the illnesses go, I thought I had reached my fork in the road but now Matt has the flu. So, I will be taking preventative measures to stay clear of getting it! Based on the new feature re: net calories --I will be able to slip into a sexy bathing suit by the time I go to Florida :)!!!

Eating habits......
Hmmm...probably what you would say when looking at my track record this last week. I haven't been very hungry and as you can see haven't eaten much good stuff either. We had my niece's party yesterday, so the content of what I was eating was not so great but then I wasn't hungry at dinner so I stayed under my calorie counts. I think I am finally out of the illness week of ----!! So, hopefully I can get back into the above routines. I am still losing slowly but would rather lose a little more quickly but understand the set backs.
