Curves!!
Okay so... STOP before I even STARTED but I'm back and going strong. I joined curves last week and today was my first workout. It broke a sweat so that is good! Iam also calorie counting and the day is almost over and Im doing great!! Next workout will be Wednesday! Can't wait

O boy!
I have never really counted calories before, and now that I am it is scary stuff. We ate at applebee's for my brothers birthday today and I got my usual Chicken Broccoli Pasta Alfredo and then I come home and search the nutrition contents and HOLLY SMOKES 1700 calories in the meal, not including the pop I couldn't resist. That was liking eating my goal daily calorie intake... What a huge eye opener!!!

Learning early
So it early morning and I am already seeing part of my eating problem... PORTION CONTROL!!! I will be working on that as well. Today is my brothers birthday, so I will have to eat wisely when we go out... The true test!!!

New to Gyminee
Being a Cosmetologist has been a nightmare as far as my eating habits go. I have worked in a salon environment for 6 years and about 3 years ago I started noticing tons of not so flatering changes in my body. I weigh 160, and my goal is to weigh 135. I have started things like this before and not even come close to accomplishing anything. But Iam now to the point that I need to do something to feel better about myself. I could use all the motivation and advice out there!!!
