Here is a hint
For lunch and Dinner eat salads with chicken or steak. Buy precut salads at costco for cheap. buy kens dressing in the store. it only has one carb per a teaspoon and it tastes very good. Also, Ralphs sales carb master yogurts with only 3 carbs, strawberry is the best flavor. For breakfast eat a hardboiled egg everyday with one sausage link. with this diet you will shed the weight.
