    PRs set left and right.

The 20 miler today went awesome. Longest continual run every, and I set a 10 mile and half mar PR, however this was not the run in which to do that in. I was aiming to run a 12:3-1245 pace run, but instead was well below 12 mm pace for most of the run, and only went over 12:30 on 4 of the 20 miles. I need to start and stick with the 12:35 pacers at Detroit. I would rather finish with fuel in the tank knowing that I could have gone faster than burn out die to race hype. My ONLY goal for Detroit Marathon is to finish happy with a smile. I do not care what that clock says! My Mini-Goals

They say in order to form a habit it takes 21 days. In order to make a life changing habit, it takes a lifetime. In order to hit the big goals, you need to make smaller goals to breka up the journey to make it more obtainable. For me, here are my mini-goals. I made them closer together at the start, then pread out as I expect the weight to cme off slower as I get closer to my goal weight. My caveat is that I may alter my goal weight depending on how I feel as I lose weight, as I have not weighed less than 190# in over 3 years, and I cannot recall a time that I weighed 175. My ultimate goal is 160# which puts me at the upper end of the heathy range of weights for my height and build. I am not sure if this is attainable, but it is a goal. Again, I shall re-evaluate as the process goes on! 1.) Sub 200# by 9/11 2.) Sub 195# by 9/25 3.) Sub 190# by 10/17 (Marathon!) 4.) Sub 185# by 11/6 (IM FL) 5.) Sub 180# by 11/27 6.) 175# by 12/25 7.) 160# by 11/3/2012 (Ironman Florida)
