look at my breakfast
It is the perfect breakfast for me, especially if I could have added a little more vegies like mushrooms, green onions and bell pepper. 52g of protein!

ick. i was under the calories and managed to hit a couple of benchmarks. unfortunately they were the fat and carbs and that is assuming i guessed right on a couple of the entries. We went to first thursday and i ate bad pretty much the whole day. i think starting with a scone in the morning may have contributed.

how did you do yesterday?
today is gonna be hard for me, not including an 1.5 hour nap, I am awake from 5:30am today to 8am tomorrow, this is where my diet will be hard, to stretch 2000 cal over 26 waking hours. Then complete 2000 cal over the 9 hours I'm awake tomorrow.

tough day so far
wow. tough day today for eating well. i need to examine why. I was in a rush this morning and i didn't do any food prep. still, starting with a scone for breakfast somehow set the tone and i need to focus to see if I can bring the day around.

way over the top today. i would have been ok except for the peanut butter and apple snack. hopefully things can be better tomorrow. We are going to first thursday and so i will get some walking in.
