Just shoveled about a foot and a half of snow took about an hour and a half. No gym today.

2-8-10 (Monday)
Back to work... Did not do as bad over the weekend as I expected. Weekends are usually the hardest. Did go to the bagel shop and had a bagel sandwich with Negi today. Will adjust the rest of the day's food choices based on breakfast intake. I have noticed that I seem to have more energy lately and have not wanted to take naps as much as I have in the past. Hopeing to hit the gym this afernoon to do some cardio and maybe work on legs. Would like to do 30 to 40 min on eliptical today and 30 to 40 min on bike. Didnt make it to the gym today. I did seem to have quite a bit of energy.

2-7-10 (SUN)
Today is super bowl Sunday so hopeing to save some extra cal for the evening. Will try to stick to diet as much as possible. Breakfast and Lunch did well with eating for dinner while watching the game had about 5 hot wings and some spinish dip with veggies. I beleive i still was within my cal. Will be back on track tomorrow and hopefully will have a chance to get to the gym tomorrow as well.

Was up at 4am today... ate breakfast around 8am today. No gym today as I was snowed in. Did shovel snow for about 2 hours or so. A little sore and tired this evening. Otherwise energy has been high for the past 2 days. need to incorporate more protein into my diet.

today started Adipex. My energy lever was prety high and was able to do 40 min of cardio and 20 min of weight training at the gym today.
