Yay!
Yay, I'm excited you signed up! Hopefully you've found the site to be super easy to use. I like it alot so far. Only downside is the lack of fiber info - but since we zone you probably know how much fiber is in stuff by heart anyways! Hopefully we can help each other reach our goals!

Hello!
Starting the daily burn, with some motivation from Courtney. Hoping the nutrition tracking will be easier than some other sites, and will keep me accountable. Paleo was interesting, educational, and frustrating. Learned a lot and found it was easier to give up grains than I had ever imagined. Still can't stomach regular proteins for breakfast, but will try for eggs more often in the morning. The 0.5% BF gain didn't make me too happy, but the +2lb LBM was a huge step to getting back to getting stronger and performing better after the illness/surgery/wrist injury. Gone back to zone (13 blocks), trying for 90/10 on the weekdays and 80/20 on weekends. Hoping to drop back to 145lbs/20%BF in the next month. Hoping to make more progress by the next quarterly check-in in October! ~Kaci
