Personal goal today!!!
I have been over eating this whole week and never REALLY worked out. Goal today: stay under my calorie, fat, and carbs, and work out for 1 whole hour. This is a big goal but it's must to be a skinny bride.

I didn't know the calorie count, until just now.
So i get these ohhh soooo yummy ice cream sandwiches at Trader Joes. I honestly thought they were 150 calories. But when logging my food, that ice cream sandwich was 450.OH MY GOD!!!! They are good ice cream sandwiches but not worth 450 calories.

I feel good today.
I walked 4 miles yesterday and ate well. I ate less fat, which made my body and stomach happy. I have no gallbladder so lots of fat is hard on my stomach. I'm a little tired today. Make daily goals is working for me. I just plan 30mins of walking, but if I feel like it, I will walk more. Yesterday, I walked to trader Joe's and back. Carrying my groceries back.
