Sprang into Spring
I started walking last week and have gone about 3 days last week and walked this weekend/I carry 2 lb weights and I'm drinking more water and doing a cleanse. A little disappointed that my weight is up and not down. Why am I growing? I eat yogurt for breakfast. Fruit for snacks and nuts for snacks.

Stepping up the pace
Look out. I did work out again this week. I can't figure out how to record that I did a 45 minute workout video that concentrated on Abdominals. I'm up to once a week. Better than none. It's only Thursday, maybe I'll hit it again tomorrow.

Doing More
Today I took banana and an orange to work and drank water instead of pop. I even did a 45 minute ab workout. Where did my abs go? I hope I find them.
