Workout 9
Had a great workout right before the thanksgiving break. Mostly sets of kettlebell exercises, mixing swings, presses, and squats. Also did some get ups with a 40 pound bar bell, some treadmill at 5 mph, and a good amount of rowing.

kind of sucked, had a beer with mozilla people shortly before, which really impacted how tired I felt.

How do you do it?
I'm pooped after one 40 minute workout. Can hardly walk. Now I know what you've been going through for the last few weeks. Keep it up!

Workout 7
3x(row 500m, 10 push ups, 10 pull ups), 4x(10 25lb press, 20 25lb kettlebell swings, 20 25lb kettlebell swing+press) + 4x(20 25lb press, 10 burpees, sidestrep across two benches 60 sec.) + 2x(20 25lb kettlebell swings alternating hands at apex) + 15 sit ups

Workout 6
On little sleep and got a flu shot today, so not the best conditions. 1000m(28mph row) + 2x20m(bear crawl) + 4x(25lb kettlebell swings + 15lb curl presses) + 300m(38mph rowing) + 4x(10 pull ups, 10 burpees, 10 knee highs, 20 15lb presses, 10 ducking under a bar) + 20(sit ups) and .5mile(treadmill). Heart rate only hit 150.
