man i wish world fitness had a pool but they don't...so i had to get a membership at st. andrews fitness in west ashley as well...but they gave me a bit of a discount since i used to work there a few years ago...

workout, workout, workout...lol
haha things are going really well for me...i've lost just over 20 pounds since new years day...been working out nearly every day, with tons of cardio and triathlon training...pretty much swimming every morning...and i actually just got back from the longest run of my life so far...13.2 miles :) so i'm pretty happy with the progress... other than workouts, i'm doing really well...staying busy, but really doing my best to make time for myself and family...
