The Key
I have found that the key to both Push ups and Bench press is the triceps. Focus on dips and do lots of them. Start with sets of 5 or so and work up. I have done 40 in one set but it's been a while. I hurt my shoulder and haven't done them in about a month. You can do them in a corner of your desk or btwn two chairs or tables in the office. It doesn't take long and it's a lot more strenuous on your arms than doing tricep pushdowns or extensions with 40 or 50 lbs on the bar. Let me know how it works. Also, take a protein shake and eat better. You will see 10% increase on your bench in at least 6 weeks if you do that.

GOAL
Congrats on meeting your push up goal. I don't know what it was but what's the next push up goal? Let me know and take care.

Title...
Congratulations, I see you just made your push up goal. If you set it just six days ago though, perhaps you should set loftier goals. Keep up the good work. If you keep at it, you will catch up to me as I have pulled a muscle in my back/right arm area and can't do much upper body stuff at all now. I did do 90 consecutive push ups about a month ago though. I generally try to stay in the 50-70 range for sets. Take care, man.

Hi
Haha, yeah, I kind of had a lot of unexpected happenings this past month, but I'm jumping back on the wagon! Thanks for the push! :P Looks like you're hanging in there! Very nice!
