About Me
I have lost over 20 lbs since i joined DailyBurn two years ago. My weight loss leveled out and I have been stuck around mid 150s. It has been discouraging to be on this weight plateau but I would really like to find some motivation to get down to 145 or so. Hoping to start working out at work and lose those last few pounds.

3rd Day with Active Challenge
I woke up and worked out before I ate. I'm not as sore as I have been the previous two times. Maybe it is starting to work!

Made it through the second day
and I was surprised at how easy it was on EA Active. It still made me work out but i didnt feel as achy afterwards. My dog, Farley, was staring at me with her big brown eyes, begging to go on a walk right after I had finished the workout. Even though I was tired, I tried to half-jog/half-walk the mile loop around apartment. I felt really happy I managed to fit the walk in before it got dark and Farley seemed a lot calmer too. Getting a dog was a good decision because it can really motive me to take her on a walk and stay active with her. I finally have a true workout buddy who is always up for a walk or jog! Thank you Farley for pushing me that extra bit yesterday.

Weight Goal?
No. My weight hasn't moved in months. It's really hard to burn this many calories and then control the amount that I eat so I lose weight. I've been biking to work because it fits my life schedule. If I get halfway to work I can't quit and go home. I have to go to work. There is no turning around. I've gotten really strong and can muscle up one of the hills in 5:29 minutes. Last year this hill would take me 9:39 minutes to climb. There is reward in hard work. You're almost at your goal.

I have been walkin at school yay go me and going to the gym I like that thing I have I wish I had one so me and koror could do it together and yay u will look amazing at ur wedding

Long time no speak. How have you been doing. Good luck with EA Active. I struggle doing squats. They hurt my knees. Also that side to side jumping thing is tough.
