One More Round
When I tried to get dressed in my not so skinny jeans and couldn't pull them over the round rump I realized that something was terribly wrong. Yep, I am now at the MOST I have EVER weighed in my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE! Talk about depressing. I can't be this girl who eats everything and doesn't care that her belly bulge is beginning to get the spare tire look. EEWW! On top of that, Kallen cannot be raised on cheeseburgers and icecream. His heart just won't handle it! So if you can't do it for you, do it for him. Get a move on.

Hello Old Friend
I'm back! After nearly a month I've decided to get back on the Gyminee bandwagon. Luckily I did alright maintaining my weight during the off season, but now I'm ready to kick it back in gear and work on getting to my goal weight. Plus I've got to start training for the Peach Days 5k or Jessica is going to kick my butt! So here we go again! Yay for Gyminee!

Proof
After just one week of junk food and inactivity I feel: Irritable, depressed, tired, body aches, can't sleep well and worst of all, out of control! Not to mention that I'm angry at myself for the 5 pounds I gained...in just ONE WEEK! Exercise and eating right makes me happier, have more energy, I sleep better and feel better about myself, I am a better mother and wife, and I accomplish a lot more in my day. So while I still have a love-hate relationship with exercise and restrictive eating, I know that I am much better off when I do it. So here's to the next 4 weeks (the time I have left until my class reunion) and the last 10 pounds I need to get to my goal (no, I'm not counting the 5 I have to re-lose!). Get a move on girl.
