    Hi ngreenslade, Thanks for the question. There are no current plans to add workout tracking to the android app, but I don't think that we are opposed to the idea in the future. Sorry about the delayed response!

    it was an honor to be a part of this challenge. I've taken a slight break from working out, I overdid it and paid for it with a significant weight drop. It was weight I didn't have to lose. I appreciate the upgrade to my account, and will enjoy it when I come back, probably in a few more days. Thank you again!

    Thanks Kate. These is sure a lot of difference between the two diet. With 4HB you dont count calories; what about on the paleo diet? How do you track what you eat or do you even have to? I am so torn between the two now. :-)
