    it was an honor to be a part of this challenge. I've taken a slight break from working out, I overdid it and paid for it with a significant weight drop. It was weight I didn't have to lose. I appreciate the upgrade to my account, and will enjoy it when I come back, probably in a few more days. Thank you again!

    Thanks Kate. These is sure a lot of difference between the two diet. With 4HB you dont count calories; what about on the paleo diet? How do you track what you eat or do you even have to? I am so torn between the two now. :-)

    Thanks Katy. I have never heard of the paleo diet. I will though try to keep carbs under 100. I am thinking of starting the 4Hour Body routine and see how that does. I think it is basically like Atkins and South Beach which limit carb intake. What your thoughts on the 4 Hour Body diet?
