Katie can you please tell me how to use this Food Journal? I am adding my foods and going to another day, but when I put in the food for the next day, it just adds it in on the same day? I'm confused? Thanks Sheila

hello..
did you really do 9,490 crunches in one day.... if you did, you are my Hero... I miss you guys.... baseball should be wrapping up this month... hopefully i will be able to come back soon..

FYI, I'm back on daily burn. As of Monday started logging in food. Definitely need help getting more protein in my diet!
