    Hey. I did do sedentary and that was the calorie count it gave me for yesterday (6/29), but today (6/30) the calorie count was lower all by itself. I don't know what happened.

    Thank You for coming to Oakleaf. I'm enjoying the boot camp and will continue with it. I'm trying my best and hope to increase at all the exercises with doing any modification. I'm working on making my knees stronger to help with my indurence. I need to start tracking my food better and increase my water intake. Have a great weekend
