Ooops.
Dropped off for a few days as I've been working on a crazy deadline with a dislocated knee - but I'm back now! I just need to find a way of losing this weight without exercise as I can't walk...

Naughty weekend...
Had a bit of a big weekend - oops! Back on the good stuff today though - it's amazing how bloated you feel when you've been eating rubbish. I'm actually excited to have a decent healthy lunch!

Bleugh.
I was really ill yesterday so I'm not sure my calories counted for much because I was so sick... But I'm determined not to be stopped (despite missing my workout!) I will make it up today!
