About Me
I'm a new mother trying to lose the "baby fat" and gain more muscle than I had before. Working a lot on improving strength so I can perhaps doing a strongwoman competition or I might just build up and cut to do figure. But I want to be the strongest chick in the gym....stronger than some of the guys too (which isn't that hard lol)

Congrats!
You can even be stronger than ever because "your thoughts become your reality". I'm glad your family is alright and you're ready to get back on track! I didn't invite you to my latest challenges because I've just found out you've already had your baby girl but I will right now! Stay trong and live your dreams, Cheers,

She's here
I had my baby girl on July 21. She was 6 lb 4 oz. I held a lot of water weight the first few days and it's now dropping off. Since I'm nursing instead of bottle feeding I can't lose body fat too fast but I'm not trying to lose all of the weight I put on anyways. I gained 44 lbs but I only plan on losing a total of 30-35. I already lost 20 so not too much further. I've been to the gym with my husband twice since his parents are visiting and offered to watch the little one. I'm WAY stronger than I was even before I was pregnant. I don't know how that happened since I haven't really lifted in 2 months and I wasn't lifting to get stronger during the 6 months prior to that. I'm pretty optimistic about my future results.
