Back to Cutting Weight
I'm done bulking up. I gained 52 pounds, and while I got stronger, I also got kinda fat. I'll be cutting weight for the next three months. My goal is to lose 2 pounds per week for 12 weeks, which will put me at 197. My lifting will stay the same, and I'll add some more cardio after my workouts and on my off days.

Update
Things have been good. I've been sticking to my workout plan (5/3/1) and getting stronger. My diet has been pretty good, although I'm not tracking my food on Daily Burn at the moment. I plan to keep using it for tracking my body weight daily, and my body measurements monthly. So if I'm not quite as active on DB as I have been, I'm still checking it daily and still doing the same things. I just hit my bench press goal, and I'm working to get my other lifts up as well.

Yeah no kidding. Eating that much is like having Thanksgiving every day. It sounds just as awful as those diets that say to eat 700 calories of celery a day. Neither is really feasible unless you're super hardcore.
