First day back on the weights and good food. My holiday and physio has slowed me down but now I am training harder than ever. Going to take one pic every week to see progress

Weights - Arms in pain!!
Did a v hard day on my arms today. cant hold em up now lol. Just put up new pic and can really see i have bin working at it. V happy

not really... i've heard that fish is a good place to start, but i haven't had any since i started using Gyminee so i'm not too sure how helpful they actually are... i do find that it is helpful to get some protein in during breakfast (eggs with ham or something)... i think i've met my goal everyday that i had a substantial breakfast... i hope that helps
