A Healthy Experience.
I am glad you found DailyBurn to be an easy process... a lot of times, the tough part about having a food / exercise log is in the convenience of tracking. It seems that wasn't an issue at all. I'm glad you were able to reach some of your goals. I encourage you to keep including daily activity in your life and wish you a happy and healthy holiday season! :)

DAILY BURN EXPERIENCE
Logging my food in daily burn on a daily basis has been easy for me as i am always near a computer. I really didnt know i could eat so few calories and still feel full. I really thought that I required many more calories. Daily burn also gave me a great perspective on how much activity i do and how much more activity i should be doing. Tracking these activities on daily burn is not as informative as i would like it to be however it gives me something to look at and make goals to shoot for. I really am very happy with daily burn overall. I have been able to see how many carbs i really do take in and i have been able to make conscious decisions on what i should be eating. I have started eating yogurt everyday and have switched to whole wheat pasta. My goals were to make healthier decisions with the side effect of possibly loosing weight and i have lost about 3 lbs since i started the semester.

Be more Goal centered.
In looking over your diet, it seems you are constantly exceeding the goal you have set for yourself. Either re-evaluate your goal or make different food choices... just an observation. Also, besides Wii-Fit, can you think of other ways to add variety to your workouts? I've noticed that you haven't subscribed to any new workouts. :)

Keep Up the Good Work!
You've been keeping up with your exercising and eating log. That's awesome I've been pretty much fat. I'm glad this is an assignment, it kind of feels nice to give motivation to someone else.
