I actually like Volleyball a lot, but I haven't played in a long time. The last few times I played, the ball never came near me, regardless of the position I was playing. Strangest thing.

Yikes
Be careful with those injuries. I've learned the hard way that "pushing through" overtraining injuries can make it worse. Ellipticals and swimming are much gentler on the joints and helped me.

I officially feel like ...
... the guy from the Operator game now that I can add tendonitis in my foot to runner's knee and torn neck muscle to my list of injuries for the year. Foot feels better now, but it's got me off track on the running for the past week, so it looks like the half marathon in late Dec. is out. Rats.

Hey, thanks for the add. Yeah the beach was awesome. Not the best one for running though, but it was still a great opportunity to jump start my workouts again. I workout everyday and properly ran about 10 miles while I was there. I hope to visit Nashville in the near future. If I do, I'll give you a shout.

Hey Keith, I don't think I replied to your previous post about triathlons. I really do want to do one. I'm sure there are still races available this year but for some reason I'd like to wait a bit. I feel like I want to get in the best possible shape before doing one. Good job on the swimming challenge, you are kicking $&#*. I've been slacking on the swimming lately. I really need to get back into it before you guys leave me too far behind :) Jocie D
