Workout

They had us do a ab workout this morning at PT. Normally I be sleeping on crunches lol. Got a lil leg and shoulder workout to hit up after work though. And about that challenge. thats a lot of pushups to do in amonth.. I guess when i am sitting at home watching tv i should get some sets in.

Working Hard At It
Aye man I see you went hard the other day. By any standard 4300+ calories is a lot of calories burned. Aye just remember you gotta eat right too. I know you get busy with your flights and everything is fast-paced but your progress will be slowed drastically if your diet is poor. Keep at it though maang!

Not gonna make it
Aye we gonna have to get on them pushups if we gonna meet that goal of one month. It averages around 167 per day.
