    day 1

    Yesterday I tried the daily burn routine, but I'm thinking that I may just do one these training plans instead since they can work around the running/spinning thing, as well as nutrition. Sunday night was my first night without wine, and my goal is to go from then until the marathon Feb 18 without drinking. As far as me, I've feeling more drained and tired, but excited about spring weather and biking more.... On to the day :)
