I'm glad you gave DailyBurn a try... there are many other resources out there for fitness professionals like yourself to log their diet/training. As long as you continue to live and advocate a healthy lifestyle, then you are step ahead of the game! Keep up the good work and good luck in your academic and health endeavors! (Now, drop and give me twenty - just kidding!) :)

Are you still experiencing any soreness from your workout? I know you had posted something about that in a forum topic a week ago... it seems a few people have responded to your question. I hope you were able to recover safely by giving yourself a rest day! :)

Motivation was a big topic in this unit. The fact that you pack your bag the night before a run is awesome! I sometimes keep my sneakers by the door as a reminder that I need to run. Everyone has their motivators. It's when you stop doing what you're doing that you have ask yourself, what is it about my personal, program, or environmental factors that are getting in the way of my staying motivated? If you can answer that, then you'll find a way to always stay determined! :)

Because you did not pull together all/some of your custom workouts into 1 comprehensive program, it was hard to tell which exercises you were doing on what days, what the goal of your program was and when you planned your rest days. However, in looking at all of your individual workouts, it seems you have chosen a variety of exercises to add to your weekly workouts. One thing I was curious about: Why only 1 set? and Why only 2-3 reps on most exercises? Again, I can't advise whether this is strong or weak design w/o knowing your overall goal you want to achieve. Also, I really liked your "Total Fun" workout with pilates/yoga! :)

1) when logging my food on a daily basis I realized I really don't have a lot of calories in my diet. When I set goals I never met them. That may have been because I didnt set good goals. 2)I learned that I workout very well when I want but when I take a break I don't hop right back on it like I should. 3) No i don't believe this was my source that helped me at all. I work at a gym I think that is my main source that motivated me an teaches me. 4)I wold like to add out of all he nutrition sites that I have used over the years this one had the most to do out of it with workouts and food and motivtion. I think it was a pretty neat site. I think it helped a lot of people understand the meaning of eating well and exercising.
