    hi!

    I meant to write to you once I saw your nice message from your motivator invite, but life got busy (when is it not?) haha. anyway, i just wanted to say that you can TOTALLY do this--don't ever forget that others have been where you are, especially on those hard days or stretches. the hardest step is holding yourself accountable for logging and actually getting out and doing workouts. i think it is SO great that you want to be fit for your daughter! part of the reason that I wanted to get fit is so that someday when I do have a daughter (not for many years probably), I can have the energy to keep up and be a good role model. I'm a high school teacher, and as I went through my weight loss journey, a lot of my female students were so proud. when I see some of them at the gym, i like to think that it inspires them to see a teacher taking the time to take care of their bodies! :) PLEASE let me know if there is anything I can do to help you out--I am back on DB after a few months off, so I'm trying to be good about logging every day too!
