Triathlon Training!
I'm looking forward to training for the St. Anthony's Triathlon with you. I think we have created a great training schedule and I'm hoping you can keep me motivated... especially during those morning swims. Ugh!

Body Fat Goal
I've noticed that you've added a new Body Fat goal. Reducing your body fat down by 2.5% (to 9%) is definitely achievable for you. By eating foods reduced in fat and increasing your workouts to include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) regimen, you're more likely to achieve your goal! Let me know if you have any questions! While I'm certainly not known for getting up early in the morning to workout, especially as early as 5:30am(!!!), you continue provide me with the opportunities and support needed to ensure my fitness success.
