    for the past few days i have started eating more than usual. My new target 1800-1900 cals per day. it should take a while for my metabolism to adapt.

    today i did 12 sets total. 4 different exercises at 3 sets each. shoulder dumbell press, middle deltoid dumbell raises, biceps and triceps. walk 90 minutes home.

    i did hiit this morning without having breakfast. it felt sluggish but quite good. i was surprised my time went down by 30 seconds.
