Online Training

Well obviously the online personal training has paid off! I'm currently designing and implementing a website for my personal trainer, he's awesome but unfortunately he's gone away to university. He's going to be offering online services like what you are getting, so it will be interesting to hear if it works! I'm a resident feature in my gym, I'm totally addicted, I train 7 days a week. One you start getting hooked you'll never stop like me! Good Luck!!!

WHOO HOO

One month of going to the gym three times a week down! They told me before I know it I will be saying one year down! HA, I am taking baby steps, one week at a time. I will be happy to have a new picture taken for when I swipe my card! Seeing that picture is major motivation to get my butt in gear workout!
