Advice
Okay, I went through your logs. You're doing mostly cardio and ab exercises for your workouts, so you have a lot more tools you can use to help tone up. When it comes to eating, it looks like you're struggling to find healthy lunches and dinners that don't use a lot of convenience foods. It's a process, and you'll get there, but start by adding a vegetable (or two) to every meal. So if you make cup of ramen soup, pour it into a bowl and steam some broccoli to toss with it. You can steam broccoli in the microwave and buy it frozen (cut and washed), so this is still really easy to do. I have lots of resources on my blog that might help you too: http://www.lookinggoodmom.com

Lower back and love handles
You can't spot reduce. I'd recommend overall weight training, high intensity interval training, and cleaning up your nutrition. Those will help reduce your body fat and you'll see those problem areas slim down.
