Too many carbs
Even when I eat something I thought was mostly protein (like JUST scrambled eggs), I STILL have mostly carbs in my diet. I don't know what else I can do, except eat only meat to stop eating so many carbs. Frustrating. Maybe I should embrace carbs. Or not. Oh well.

Thanks Kim! Today I exercised for about an hour in the morning. I used exercises I learned from the Wii. I think it's funny, but I feel better already! How are your workouts going?
