Keep it Up!
You have been doing a great job of meeting your nutrition goals and exercising - keep it up! It really helps to see a motivator I've had for a while still plugging away.

Back
So I relapsed and got so I couldn't even talk. I'm still pretty hoarse but can speak again. I took Sat, Sun and Mon off from the gym in hopes to recoup. I went back today and did cardio at the same levels as Friday.

Still not at 100%
But I have gone to the gym the past two days. I've even kept up with my cardio. And even got to 30 minutes on the StepMill. That last 10 isn't so easy yet.

crap
after nearly 2 weeks of being good, i woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and feeling like shit. not as bad as october's sickness, but still feeling like crud. The good part about feeling like crap, is I'm not hungry so no piggy piggy. Still feel guilty about skipping the gym today. I hope I'm feeling better in the morning.

Back
After moving to San Diego and going off the program, then getting h1n1, then getting an ear infection, I'm finally back in the gym again. The 24hr Fitness is nothing like the Lifetime I belonged to in Austin, but it is closer and cheaper! And I get to ride my bike to the gym. In downtown traffic I can get there faster than if I drove and had to find a parking place!
