    i did my 30 minutes of cycling today...felt great, i'm hoping to be able to add on to that until i can do 60 minutes no problem. i have some taebo dvds that i have to do, i want to fit that in today also..so making steps to go from 140 to 121lbs. wen i get to 121 i'll set new goals!!!! so until then wish me luck!!! good luck to all other weightloss people out there!!!!
