Eating Away
I am away for a work trip this week which is making it difficult to update my workouts and eating habits. Today I ate so bad its disappointing. We had pizza for lunch which is fine but to save money I had leftovers for dinner as well. I will just have to make sure to eat much better tomorrow. So far I have been able to keep up with the running because the hotel has a gym. I ran 3 miles today on the treadmill. It makes me realize how much I prefer running outdoors.

Good Start
Just started running again and yesterday definitely felt a little rough. Was able to tough out 3 km. Today on the other hand went very well. I was able to make my goal of 5km in 35 minutes. Now I just have to work on the time.
