    =) just read this...

    So I read somewhere online that Whole Wheat and Soy (so called healthy options for food) can contribute to stomach fat and hiding that six pack! <=O I KNOWWWW!!! <=| So try to avoid those things... I also heard from some nursing students that soy is a known causer of cancer... \=/ BAD SOY!!! >=(
