Hi!
Are you back on the horse then? It will be nice to have company, again.

Well, hello, dieting
My joints are really starting to bother me, my knees in particular, and i know the best way to help them is to lose weight. So, i'm in this game with you now! I'll basically be reducing my caloric intake and keep doing what I usually do, which is bike 48km a week (I have to, to get to work) Anything besides that and I'm pretty sure I won't keep up with it. How are you doing, with all the recent added stress?

Hi Mousey!
You know, your height for your weight is pretty ok, lady. I don't know how good a 'motivator' I'll be, except I'm totally all for you getting down to 150lb if that will make you feel awesomer.
