    just bought a treadmill

    okay so i'm writing this to myself. i bought a treadmill ("really no way! i didn't know!" lol) and now that the holidays are over and i've gained another person in weight! i am going to kick ass. me. ass kicker. oh yeah. so when i'm too lazy to go outside or even use the elliptical, i can at least walk on the treadmill and watch tv. wish me luck! ("good luck")

    AHHHH!

    I cant seem to get back on track this week. I ate horrible all last weekend and mon and tues were no good either. My next fitting is on sat and i have a feeling it wont be what i wanted it to be. Oh well.....i hope to get my new phone soon. I will call you right away.....i miss our morning chats. Love ya!

    Hey thanks :)! I got off track for a few days because I've been at home visiting my parents... It was not such a good idea! I tried Slimquick over a year ago and it gave me the jitters for 2 days! I find that green tea supplements work pretty good :)! Best of luck

    Slimquick - day 1

    Bought slimquick last night. Had my first pill this morning and was oober jittery. It passes for the most part after a couple of hours, but i'm hesistant to take the 2nd pill this afternoon. Took the afternoon pill after all. No jitters this time. Although a grocery trip is definitely needed. I had beefaroni for dinner...blah.

    All i have done so far is eat extremely healthy, walk every day, and exercise a bit.. Nothing to much really! Staying on track is really hard (i love chocolate), but i find that gyminee keeps me very motivated!! Best of luck
