Run a mile!!!
James & I ran a FULL mile today!!! I can't remember the last time I actually, truly ran an entire mile! I feel so good about myself right now!!!! :D

Ha ha...
Yeah, been slacking off on recording stuff... but I've been doing pilates 2x a week and eating way more fruits and veggies! I swear! :p Between the organic produce shipments and the green smoothie juice Nate and I are addicted to, I definitely feel like I'm eating healthier! And just cuz I'm slacking doesn't mean you should! Think about the beach wedding!

I just noticed you lost 3 lbs!! GO YOU!! Ugh, I am scared to weigh myself... maybe I will Wii Fit tomorrow (if I can recover from the DVD today!). Keep it up! You totally inspire me--If you, the top-of-the-class med student, can find time to workout, I can too!
