well it's been almost a month since I posted that i'd be happy to say i'd be at a 138 plateau... doesnt look like im gonna get there. that is ok. i am not worried. slow and steady. looks like i am doing about 2 lbs per month, which doesnt sound like a lot, but it does put me at 135 by xmas. That would be great. Wedding dress goal would be... i have no idea. I actually feel pretty good right now. I think another 5 to 10 pounds is really gonna be it for me. 130 is probably a really nice goal and something that i absolutely can live with. I don't see myself ever having a "perfect" bod, and that is fine.

Incredible. Never seen 141 before. Sooo close to 140 (or the better goal 139, havent seen 130s in forevvvvs). It feels really motivating to have seen that.

I think 143 is sticking, which means that i've busted the 148 plateau AND the 145 plateau in the past month. I want to make sure that it does stick, though, so if i go to happy hour tonight, i get 3 beers, max. it's not the calories, it's the way that alcohol affects my body. If i can come back here in 1 month and say that i'm on a plateau at 138, i will be very happy.

Wow. 26 days ago I posted 146.5. My weigh-in this morning showed me 148! i've been struggling with the same few pounds all month. This means I need to bust the plateau by STICKING TO THE PLAN and GOING TO THE GYM and NOT DRINKING SO MUCH.

On the scale this morning. Don't know if it's gonna stick around for the weighin, but it's still nice to see. 1.5 lbs above my lowest weight in recent memory! If I keep to the plan, and I do think I will because I am loving fantasizing about being skinnier, I do think I can beat my own personal best and get to 140 or even into the 130s.
