How do you keep your diet so balanced!?
Hey Bubby, I was looking at your food intake compared to mine... mine is no where near as nutritionally balanced. I need to get this whole eating thing down right. *bows before you* Teach me your ways, oh great, wise master.

the dreaded scales
woke up today and gained a pound. I've been super strict on myself both eating and exercise so im just going to contribute it to my body adjusting and possibly some muscle gain. keeping motivated and dedicated. did AM cardio and got a gym routine to do at 11am.
