Reflection
I have learned what types of food are healthy and what is not so healthy. I did not really pay much attention to calories, carbs, protein and fasts before I started this class. I am more conscious of these things now and I am trying to make better decisions to the type of foods that I eat. It has also made me more aware of what I am missing in my dies. It is also nice to see the percentages for what I have ate and make sure that I am getting the right amounts of food and the right percentages of colors, carbs, fats and proteins. I have learned from tracking my workouts just how many calories I am actually burning doing each exercise. Along with how those calories can add up when you are doing multiple exercises. I knew that all exercise burned calories and it is good for you. It is nice to find exercises that I like and to be able to join other programs or create my own and track the days, types of exercise that I am doing along with the amount of calories I burn. I also like that it keeps track of the miles I have walked. Gyminee has given me more motivation to work towards my goal and I have started to lose weight so I have started working on my goal of losing 10 pounds I have 8 more pounds to go. I like the fact that it is a free web site that helps you track your nutrition and fitness I also like that you can set any type of goal and make it reoccurring. I have met one of those smaller goals to do 30 minutes of step aerobics; my ultimate goal though is to lose 10 pounds. Yes, I plan to continue using this account that I have created to keep my motivation up to get healthy and to stay healthy. I think it is a great website for people to use it is a great way to meet new people who are working towards goals that are similar to your own. Becoming friends, you can help support each other in the pursuit of their goals you can also keep each other motivated to keep going. The site also has other great features like posting questions in the forums for advice and joining different exercise programs and challenges or even creating your own.

Hi Krysda69 - in regards to your question, the only thread I found whereas both you and I posted was this one: http://www.gyminee.com/forums/fitness_and_exercise/topics/best_exercise_for_losing_weight ... whereas my response was to Mellissaball24 I'm not certain what you're referring to in regards to a Yoga post. Looks like you've received some feedback on your post about yoga - be sure to go back and read the comments. :) Good job this week with answering the questions on some of the posts. It looks like you were comfortably able to translate the knowledge you learned from class into context! :)
