    I have been alternating between amazingly well and awful with the diet. The exercise is there but not the intensity. Frank is still in the rehab center. Tonight after the hockey game I would like to plan out meals for when he is released. I will start with the meal plans on Monday. I know if I stick to them I'll be okay. I really need to get some weight off of Frank too. We can do this together.

    Been a while

    But I am doing fine. Working out, but not overdoing it. My weight is a bit of a roller coaster but I can definitely correlate it to what I eat. When I travel - I gain; when I'm home - I go back. I can't seem to break the 121 barrier. The Dukan diet page says my "true weight" is 119. I'd love to be there instead of 121, perhaps if I keep up with the exercise.

    I just haven't been writing

    I finished my P90X program a few weeks ago. I have been exercising sporadically since then. I have not been following a diet per se, but have been watching what I eat. My problem is portion size. I eat way too much. The second problem is sometimes I don't eat a real meal but snack instead. This snacking problem happens because it is too hot to cook or eat so I just grab a little something which then turns into a whole bag of chips. So it goes. I will try and be a bit more consistent with the program and keeping track. I am on my last month of premium membership and probably will not renew. I feel I am on track enough that I can get along with just the basic free membership. Obviously, my weight should be around 120 lbs. not my original goal of 117. I just could not make it that low. It is probably unhealthy. I think 123 or 124 is to heavy for me - that is the weight I start complaining about myself. So I need to really get a grip and just find a way to stick to 120.

    Been Away

    BUt have been exerciseing. I just haven't been recording. I am spending a lot of time iwth the dog as he is not well. So my diet and myself are not my focus. I hope to het back to diet and exercise recording, But I think I am so stable that I don't need the pro version. I've been the same weight are for so long. I know my body well enough to self regulate. i'll keep the pro version until the next billing cycle.

    Still at it...

    So I'm midway into week 3 of P90X. I have had a few set-backs, but am continuing with what I can do. Life has interrupted and I adjust as I think necessary. Stuart Reiben has been a great help. My eating has not been great, but I am working on it. I will not give up and I will be stronger in 4 weeks.
