    off the wagon, on the wagon

    i fell off last week. on monday i think i entered SOME of my exercise/nutrition activity, but then never entered anything for the rest of the week. I do not think I fell off my nutrition goals, but I am sure I exercised less as a result of not being accountable to my online calendar. And although I see I have gained about .5 lb in the last week, I am mostly convinced that this is a monthly cycle effect, and not due to any problem with my fitness plan. I hope that THIS sunday, when I weigh in on the 9th, my scale tells me I am back on track. But even if it doesn't, I /feel/ like I am doing something right - the ultimate test!
