Bike Commuting everyday from the Highlands
Now that I live much closer to work I am bike commuting everyday. I feel much stronger, eat and drink whatever I want and feel very in shape. Loving this!

Run everyday in August Challenge
I am 10 days into my personal challenge of running everyday in August. Yesterday I only ran 1.5 miles so I could keep the challenge going. A run, short or long, is proving to keep my nutrition on track and beer drinkin' in check. So far so good.

Bike Commute
Starting to feel very strong on the bike again. I'm commuting to work on my bike once/week and not even bothering with cycling clothing, that's always a sign that I am comfortable on the bike.

Yoga shape
Being in Yoga shape usually means everything else is in check: drinking less, lifting more, skiing harder. I did a yoga class this week that I knew was pretty basic and it still worked me. That's what I get for not being in good yoga shape.
