    been working on injury

    Have a torn shoulder thing going on. Been working with a physical therapist. That means light weight upper body stuff. Still hitting the legs heavy though!!!

    Hitting it hard on Carbcycling

    Back on the carb cycling to burn off some summer fat. Vacations + my kids b-days + long work hours == increased BF%. I'll get this done.

    Gave up on GOMAD

    Welcome back! I started using G+ as well, deleted FB months ago. FB is good but ya know, can get addictive sometimes.The 4 litres of milk a day was too much. I think I could've gone through with it but there were two issues: 1) Ramadan. it just started this month, the month of fasting. It's kind of hard to skip it this year now that I live with the family 2) $$$ and frequent trips to the grocer = annoying.

About Me

Years of being a cog in the machine; forced to reside in the cube farm, has deprived me of sunlight, and force fed me junk food. Thus I have packed on pounds and become allergic to sunlight. Okay the sunlight part was a stretch, but the junk food. . . Freakin free vending. Well now I have some pounds to shed. A meat cleaver seems a bit excessive, so I figured I would try eating right and working out. Just like my Grand-Pappy would say. He's 96 and still kickin it.
