Taking it up a notch...
Going hard - super sets 12 heavy reps - then immediately 12 lighter sets. ie - Leg press 75kg 12 reps - drop weights to 25 - and do 12 really fast reps - rest - repeat - rest - repeat..... OUCH!

Time to love what I see
That's it, I'm done. The time is NOW to do something about it. I'm glad to say I'm loving the big charge forwards!!
