weekly weigh-ins
i've been slacking on using daily burn lately. I'm thinking that we should do weekly weigh-ins to keep ourselves on track. From what i see by watching the Biggest Loser, it seems to be a good thing to have that goal. for example, every Sunday at 9am we'd post our weights. Are you in? What say ye?

Redo
The last month or so was pretty brutal to me. Weddings, visitors from out of state, work stress and late nights all wreaked havoc on my diet and exercise plan. Then just as I was getting back to it, I got sick for a week. So I have gotten back on the horse once again and have almost already course corrected my weight gain from the past month. I think it's totally awesome that I have the clear control over my weight, something I couldn't boast before. Even up 7 lbs from my lowest, I didn't freak out, I recognized it and took the appropriate action to correct.

Back at it.
After not using this tool for a while, I need to be honest with myself and get back to it. I have been still working out hard in the bike, and with hiking excursions, but I am going to get back to running as well, and let's be honest... my diet needs to scrutiny. So here we go!

Congrats on the 5lb goal
I just saw that you finished the 5lb challenge. Well done. I'm going for the same thing myself, but I think I have a couple of weeks ahead of me.
