Quitter
I quit the MasterCleanse. I just quit. I wasn't hungry, just bored and hating work.

Title...
So far, the fast is not as hard as I expected it to be. I'm having trouble drinking 12 cups of the liquid. Lost like 5 pounds already though.

Starting MasterCleanse Tomorrow
I've sucessfully completed the first two days of the ease in process and will start that wonderful lemon/honey/cayenne drink on tomorrow. I'm hoping to lose 15 pounds.

I have those days, too
Don't be discouraged by falling off the wagon. It happens to all of us at some point in time. Just get back on track at the next meal, not the next day, but the next meal and it becomes easier. If you don't beat yourself up about it, you will feel less guilty when you give yourself an indulgent treat. Keep up the good work!

Fell Hard
If any one cares to take a look at my food log, you will see that I fell off the Eat to Live Diet wagon really hard today. There is always tomorrow.
