My short term goal:
My short term goal is to lose at least 10 pounds before my birthday. I have less then two weeks to complete this short term goal. I am going to stink to a strict diet, drink lots of water and go to the gym.

I started the C25K Program on Wednesday 3/16
I have to say after completing Week 1, Day 2 it really kicked my butt! My goal is to complete the program and run a 5K in 30 minutes.

The end of January's Goal
So far the past two weeks I been on track with going to the gym and staying within my calorie limit. With 1 more week to go in January I would like to lose 4 more pounds.

On the right track
This past week has been Great! I went to the gym 4 out of the 5 days. If it was not for the snow I would of went 5 out of 5. I been staying in my calorie range but still eating too many carbs and not enough protein. I am hoping to lose 10 pounds this month since most of the beginning weight lost should be water weight.

Not a great start
Lets see too much temptation when there are still cookies and Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake in the house. All I can say is at least I went to the gym today. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better start to the new beginning. I am also hoping that the 15 lbs that I gained this past week was more due to water retention than fat.
